There are three Kriging modes:
POINT
Use POINT mode to calculate a single value for each grid point. Typically you would use this mode in geochemistry and hydrology applications when a contour map of estimates is needed.
BLOCK
Use BLOCK mode to calculate estimates for blocks, typically in ore estimation. Each block is the average of a series of points that are evenly distributed within the block.
POLYGON
Use POLYGON when you want to estimate values for polygons defined in an outline file.
