Ditto

You can use the Records | Ditto menu option or press Ctrl+' to copy the value in the record above into the currently selected cell.

1. Place the cursor below the cell that you wish to replicate.
2. Select Records | Ditto.

   

The value in the record above is copied into the currently selected cell.
