Click the button on the print preview tool bar to control how a print-out will appear.
Hidden fields are not printed and the displayed order of the fields is maintained.
Paper size
Choose from a drop-down list of standard paper sizes as shown below.
Orientation
Choose between Portrait or Landscape
Margins
Enter values for the Top, Bottom, Left and Right margins in mm.
Click OK to return to the print preview dialog. Use the Preference button in the Print dialog to confirm or change the current printer and paper settings.
