When records are created they must be reviewed and approved. Note that record approval is a sanity check of your data that is required in addition to the validation that is performed on the columns and tables in your schema. You cannot approve records if validation has been turned off.
- Select the data record(s) that you wish to mark as unapproved. To select multiple records you can click and drag the mouse over any of the fields in the data view.
- Click the Unapprove Selected Rows button on
on the toolbar ribbon (CTRL + Minus) or right-click and select Unapprove from the right-click menu. Unapproved records can be deleted or modified.
In a parent-child table relationship, when you unapprove a child record, any parent records are automatically unapproved.
