Synchronisation

Synchronisation options are available for selection on the Synchronisation tab of the Options form:

Polling Interval

The application will poll the server database intermittently in order to check the connection. Optionally specify how many minutes the application should wait before checking the connection. The default polling interval is 5 minutes.

Sync Before Exit

If a Logging Profile is synced, you can choose whether or not to automatically sync your data changes to the server (or be prompted whether to sync your changes to the server) when you exit the profile:

Automatic	Automatically sync on profile exit.
Never	Do not sync on profile exit.
Always Prompt	Be prompted whether to sync or not on profile exit.

Query timeout (seconds)

The default query timeout value is 30 seconds. If you are executing queries while syncing, it may be necessary to increase the timeout value.
