Toolbar Ribbon
The following tools and options are available on the toolbar ribbon when you open Geobank Mobile. Which options and tools are enabled will depend on whether or not a Logging Profile is open and the selection status of the records and fields in that profile.

Select File | Select Logging Profile or click the Select Logging Profile button (CTRL + L) on the toolbar. |
If a profile is already active, clicking on this button will close the profile. Any changes are automatically saved. | |

Print (CTRL + P) the current data view. |

When one or more records are selected, Copy the selection (CTRL + L). |

When one or more records have been selected, Cut the selection (CTRL + X). |

When one or more records have been copied, Paste the selection (CTRL + V). |

Find a value in the data view, searching all fields or searching the current field when a cell is selected in the grid (CTRL + F). |
You can search in a specified (up or down) direction and restrict the search to the current selection. | |

Insert a record below the current record (CTRL + I). |

When one or more records have been selected, Delete the selection (CTRL + D). |

Click the Sort Order button set a sort order for the data you are editing or entering. Note that you can also set a sort order when you edit a profile. See: Sort Order |
You can use the following Increment and Replicate tools to manipulate the data values in the grid. For more information refer to Incrementing Column Values and Replicating Field Values.

Increment One: set the value of a field in the next record as the value in the current field incremented by 1 (CTRL + U). |

Increment Many: set the value of a field in subsequent records or a specified number of records as the value in the current field incremented by 1 or by the increment value you have set - see below (CTRL + SHIFT + U). |

Increment = <n>: If you plan to use an increment value other than 1 (the default) set the increment value (CTRL + SHIFT + I). |

Replicate One: set the value of a field in the next record as the value in the current field (CTRL + R). |

In order to overwrite existing column values when you increment or replicate values, you will need to ensure that the Toggle Overwrite button (Records | Toggle Overwrite) is turned on. |

Click the Auto Advance button (CTRL + SHIFT + N) to toggle the Auto-advance you have set for columns on and off |
Press ALT+ and ALT- (or ALT and mouse wheel), to increase or decrease the size of the Data Entry tables. See: Accessibility Zoom | |

Click the Export button to export the data view to a file (CTRL + S). You will need to Approve Records before you can export them. |

Click the Import button to import logging profile data from a file (CTRL + O). |

Click the Synchronise button to synchronise your Logging Profile data with the SQL Server. See: Synchronisation. This option will only be enabled when a Server Connection is active. |

Click the Device Support: GPS button to take a reading from the GPS device (CTRL + ALT + G). |

Select a device from the Connected Devices drop-down tool menu to take a reading from that device (CTRL+ <n> where <n> is the number of the device in the list of managed devices). |

Click the Unlock/Lock button to unlock the data in a synced synchronise your Logging Profile data with the SQL Server. This option will only be visible on the toolbar when a Master password has been set. See: Password Protection |

Synced data can be unlocked (made editable) and then locked again. Synced profiles listed in the Logging Profile manager may also be deleted. |
